Royals Roadside
We are grateful for the excellent collaboration with our architects, construction crew, civil and traffic engineers, and the City of Cuyahoga Falls. Together, we have developed a traffic flow plan that will help us navigate the upcoming school year. The updated Master Site Plan resulted from a thorough evaluation process that took into account wetlands, building guidelines, city variances, and the optimal use of our 70-acre campus to meet the needs of our community.
We look forward to sharing more information as we approach the new school year. Please continue to keep us in your prayers, as this week marks a significant milestone: the construction of the new parking lot is set to begin! As we conclude this school year, transformations will start both inside and outside the building.

It Is Well Play Reading – May 20
High school and middle school students are invited to join Miss (L) Barbieri for a reading of her new play, It Is Well, on Wednesday, May 20, from 12:00-2:30 p.m. in the Senior Hallway. Inspired by the hymn of the same name, It Is Well tells the true story of faith in the midst of heartbreak. Pizza and snacks will be provided, and attendees can read a part in the play or simply listen and enjoy! If planning to attend, please RSVP by Monday, May 18, at 3:00 p.m.
Uniform Consignment Sale – June 18
The school will hold a Uniform Consignment Sale on Thursday, June 18. Families may drop off items to consign/sell on Wednesday, June 17, between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. at the Rasnick Center. Please enter the school through the Welcome Center doors.
- Accepted Items: polo shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts
- Non-Accepted Items: pants, T-shirts
The sale will take place on Thursday, June 18, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. We accept cash or checks only; no credit or debit cards will be accepted. If you would like to volunteer on either day, please contact MaryAnn McMullen at mmcmullen@cvcaroyals.org.
Medication Pick-Up
If your student has any medications stored in the Health Clinic, we encourage you to arrange for a pick-up plan at the end of the school year. Ideally, the best time for pick-up would be on the last day the student is on campus, especially since some of these medications are rescue medications. However, please choose a time that works best for you and your child.
Please note that we cannot store medications long-term, so any medications not picked up by the end of next week will be disposed of. To arrange a pick-up, families can contact the Health Clinic via email at healthclinic@cvcaroyal.org or by phone during school hours at 330-929-0575, ext. 216.

CVCA SUMMER CAMPS
CVCA offers summer camps for children ages 7-16. Led by CVCA coaches and athletes, teachers, and Royal Theatre directors and student-actors. Campers enjoy learning new skills and making new friends in a Christ-centered environment. Space is limited, and camps fill up quickly. Register HERE.

Middle School Show Choir Rehearsal and Pizza Party – May 20
The Middle School Show Choir Rehearsal and Pizza Party will be on Wednesday, May 20, right after school from Noon to 2:00 p.m.

HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS
ASL in Texas for Jterm 2027
Check out this new Jterm trip! ASL students will travel to San Antonio, Texas, to volunteer at a deaf church and school. They will also enjoy hot springs swimming, crepes, line dancing, Texas BBQ, beautiful hikes, a sunset cruise, and more. The January 2-6, 2027 trip costs $1,600. Questions? A.C.E. Academy Camp – June 8-12

Did you know Moms in Prayer prays for CVCA? Did you know each student, by name, is prayed over and for? Join us next Monday from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. as we begin prayer for each 11th grade student and the needs of this community. Can’t join in person? That’s OK. Girls Soccer team fundraiser: 5k Run or Walk – August 1
Join us in supporting our high school girls’ soccer team by participating in our Walk/Run Fundraiser! This fun and family-friendly event is a great way to stay active while helping us raise funds to grow and strengthen our program. Whether you walk, jog, or run, every step you take will directly support equipment, uniforms, travel expenses, and other team needs. Let’s come together as a community to encourage these young ladies both on and off the field. Thank you for helping us make a difference – one step at a time!

- Where: Starting line is in front of the Learning Commons with a Stadium finish
- Participation: Each team member is encouraged to bring four runners who will donate a $35 entry fee.
