Support

You are a vital part of the CVCA community, and the Development Office is here to help you get more connected. Our team aims to encourage you in the grace of giving, whether it’s giving of your time, your resources, or your skills. There are plenty of ways to participate in the CVCA community: Parent Connection groups, Grandparents Club, alumni events, the Royal Evening, Schools of Distinction mentoring, and many others.

Schedule a time to meet with our team to explore how you can contribute to the CVCA community!

Royal Evening 2023

On Saturday, March 11, 2023 at 5:00 p.m., we will gather for our annual Royal Evening – a highlight of the year for CVCA families, students, and alumni. A celebration of God’s faithfulness to CVCA, the Royal Evening is our largest annual fundraiser for student tuition assistance. The event includes great food, fun, fellowship, and the ever-popular silent and live auctions.

There are many ways you can be part of this exciting and important event: volunteer, become a sponsor, donate an auction item, and attend the gala in March.

If you have questions, please contact Kristin Nichols at knichols@cvcaroyals.org.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer support builds a community, common purpose, and commitment to CVCA’s mission and is the backbone of many of our efforts to transform students’ hearts and minds for Christ. Some of the many opportunities available include participating in the Royal Evening, supporting Admissions Office activities, sharing your professional skills as a mentor for one of the Schools of Distinction, or offering skills in landscaping, baking, and decorating. Contact MaryAnn McMullen at mmcmullen@cvcaroyals.org to find out how you can get involved.

Moms in Prayer

Moms in Prayer is for mothers and grandmothers of current CVCA students. Our desire is to pray for each student and staff member by name, and to consistently cover CVCA in prayer. You don’t have to be a member, and may participate as you can. If you are unable to make the meeting time but want to pray through the weekly prayer list, please contact momsinprayer@cvcaroyals.org. You may also use that email with specific prayer requests. You can choose for them to be included on the prayer sheet, or prayed for only by the moms meeting that week. What is prayed for in the group stays confidential!

Grandparents Club

We appreciate grandparents as cheerleaders and champions of their grandchildren’s education and faith journey, and invite all grandparents to become members of the CVCA Grandparents Club. The Club strengthens your grandchild’s CVCA experience through academics, athletics, unique learning opportunities, and more. We are excited to provide special gifts to members, including CVCA coffee tumblers, CVCA umbrellas, athletic passes, and Spring Musical tickets.
