Applying for Admission
Your journey starts here! We are excited to review your application for admission and look forward to getting to know you through the admissions process. CVCA has adopted a new timeline for applications (at right). Please keep these dates in mind when you begin the application process.

Online Application
We are still accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year. Space is limited, so we encourage you to begin the application process soon.

Tuition Assistance

Entrance Exam
As part of the CVCA application process, every student takes our entrance exam.
Important Application Notes
- Students have two weeks to enroll once notified of acceptance.
- Each application includes a non-refundable $100 fee.
- An entrance exam is part of the application process.
- Admissions announcements will be delivered via email.
