Junior Royals Night at the Royal Theatre
A total of 170 Junior Royals attended a fantastic performance of A Christmas Carol, presented by our talented CVCA students. Every Junior Royal received a free ticket to the show, a stocking filled with Christmas treats, a signed cast poster, and a peppermint treat from our candy cane tree. They also had the opportunity to participate in a VIP Junior Royals Meet-and-Greet after the performance. It truly was a nostalgic evening!
Seven lucky winners were selected to receive exciting giveaways, which included five hardback copies of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol, Christmas ornaments, and a five-pound candy cane.
We extend a special thanks to Sweet Frog, Kona Ice, and Sky Zone for their ongoing support of the Junior Royals Program. We also appreciate our CVCA Student Ambassadors and parent volunteers for their efforts in making this event a success.

Fifth Grade Golden Royals
Are you in fifth grade this school year? Congratulations, this is your Junior Royals GOLDEN YEAR, and we want to help you make the most of your fifth-grade memories! For starters, make sure to pick up your special GOLDEN Junior Royals shirt at our next Junior Royals event. Next, we would love to meet you in person. There are plenty of opportunities to get a closer look at CVCA.
Student Shadow Days
Student Shadow registrations are filling up quickly. We offer Shadow visits on Tuesdays and Fridays, 7:50 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Lunch is included! If your fifth grader is interested in visiting CVCA during a school day, register today!
Campus Tours
We would love to meet you! Visiting our campus will give you an in-depth look at how CVCA Educates and Cultivates servants for Christ. Campus Tours are available on Tuesdays and Fridays at 8:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. In your guided 60-minute tour, you will walk the halls of our 6th-12th-grade college-prep middle school and high school.
Winter Admission Events
Admissions Events are a great way to get a closer look at CVCA. You’ll get a tour of our campus, meet some of our faculty, staff, and students, and have an opportunity to ask questions.
- Open House: January 29, 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
- Family Preview Nights: February 19 and 24, 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.
Sixth Grade at CVCA
We consider sixth grade to be one of the most important years to enter CVCA, as it is designed to be foundational to your student’s academic, social, and spiritual journey.
At CVCA, our sixth graders begin building a strong academic foundation early, preparing them for the rigors of our college-preparatory high school. Sixth grade is a critical year when elementary students transition into thriving middle school students. We recognize that these young students still need room to move at lunchtime, space to navigate changing classes, and opportunities to build relationships with their classmates from day one. All of this happens alongside a team of loving faculty and staff trained to educate and equip students while pointing them toward a deeper understanding of who God has made them to be.
Our sixth-grade students are well-prepared for the CVCA middle school and high school experience. They enter as a class of “new” students, with a full year to adjust to a larger environment while discovering the many opportunities that help make CVCA feel smaller, more personal, and connected.
This community, which you have come to know through Junior Royals, summer camps, and on-campus activities, awaits you as parents, too. Partnering with parents is another way we value the whole student and help them succeed. We are a community of believers that has been training and mentoring students for more than 50 years.
