SCHOOL-WIDE ANNOUNCEMENTS

Class Schedules

  • New families, please bring a printed copy of your schedule to New Student/Parent Orientation on Wednesday, August 6. You will have the opportunity to walk your schedule and get familiar with the building.
  • High school students with a study hall during the first or last period of a day can request late arrival or early dismissal. A parent or guardian must fill out this form for approval.
  • School counselors will be available to help students seeking adjustments to their daily class schedule. CVCA policy allows students to request schedule changes during the first five days of class (not counting days spent at school retreats). Though counselors cannot adjust schedules simply to place students with friends or to secure a teacher preference, our school counselors do their best to accommodate thoughtful requests from students to arrange a schedule change.

Class schedules are ready to view through the Family Portal.
