Congratulations to our newest alumni, the Class of 2024, who graduated on Sunday, May 26th. We are proud of each one of you!

Last Chance to Register for the 2024 CVCA Golf Classic

Do you enjoy playing golf? Would you like the opportunity to golf on the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course at Glenmoor Country Club? This is a great way to support CVCA while doing what you love to do on a course that not many get to enjoy. Gather your friends and colleagues into a foursome for the annual CVCA Charity Golf Classic on Monday, June 10, 2024 (11:00 a.m. shotgun start). Men and women of all golfing abilities are invited. 2024-2025 Enrollment update for New Families

If you know anyone interested in CVCA for the 2024-2025 school year, please encourage them to apply soon. The middle school grades are currently full, but we are still accepting applications for high school.

CVCA Summer Camps

CVCA offers summer camps for children ages 7-16. Led by CVCA coaches and athletes, teachers, and Royal Theatre directors and student actors, campers enjoy learning new skills and making new friends in a Christ-centered environment. Register HERE.

SUMMER SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES

Summer is a great time to for students to get ahead on next year’s 16-hour volunteer requirement. Check out these great ways CVCA students have plugged in at their churches, schools, and communities to help others in the name of Christ!

Summer Consignment Sale

There will be a consignment sale of CVCA student uniforms this summer. More details to follow. Kindly hold on to your used, outgrown or extra CVCA uniform clothing until the drop-off date that will be announced in the near future. Please do not drop off any clothes to CVCA until then.

2024-2025 School Prep Materials

We hope you enjoy your summer break! When the time comes to start thinking about the 2024-2025 school year, remember that most of the information you’ll need to prepare will be available in the Parent and Student Resources sections of the MY CVCA page, including the school calendar, summer assignments, Student Appearance Standards, and school supply lists.

2024-2025 Class Schedules

The Office of School and College Counseling wishes you a happy and restful summer. Class schedules will be ready to view and print through the Family Portal during the first full week of August. Families and students will receive notification toward the end of Summer Break when they are available.

2024-2025 Les Belles Debutante Cotillion Meeting

The 2024-2025 Les Belles Debutante Cotillion season has begun. The Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Akron Alumnae Chapter is looking for interested young ladies who will be seniors in the coming school year to join them for an informational session. This event is hosted every year as an opportunity for young ladies in the community to gain leadership skills as well as scholarship monies to further their education. 2024-2025 Sports Registration Now Open

Sports Registration for the 2024-2025 school year is now open in FinalForms. Visit cvca-oh.finalforms.com to register today. Create a new account if you have not used FinalForms with CVCA before. After logging in, visit the My Students section and select the option to switch to 2024-2025 registration. Then select the sport(s) for which you wish to register your student. Early registration helps make sure you are on the contact list for summer activities. Be sure to check the status of your sports physical and turn in an updated copy if needed. Sports Physicals – May 30

In conjunction with Summa Health, CVCA will offer sports physicals on Thursday, May 30 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Royals Fieldhouse.

  • 6:00 p.m. – Last name A – F
  • 6:30 p.m. – Last name G – M
  • 7:00 p.m. – Last name N – T
  • 7:30 p.m. – Last name U – Z

These physicals will be valid for the entire 2024-2025 school year. Register at athletics.cvcaroyals.org/physicals. Bring a copy of your completed PPE form from your FinalForms account (available May 1). 

5K Fun Run/Walk benefitting CVCA Girls Soccer – August 3

The CVCA Girls Soccer Program will host their 2nd annual 5K run/walk fundraiser on August 3. The event, which is held on campus at CVCA, will start at 9:00 a.m. and is open to all. Walk or run alongside members of the 2024 girls soccer team on a day that is sure to be lots of fun. Register HERE. Contact Matt Haines at mhaines@cvcaroyals.org with questions.
