Transportation and Traffic Updates

New Campus
Traffic Patterns

Thank you for your patience and for following our new traffic guidelines. Over the past week, traffic volunteers and police officers have been monitoring our traffic flow and parking. We continue to monitor and evaluate ways to improve traffic flow in the coming weeks. Please be patient as it will take some time for everyone to settle into their drop-off and pick-up routine. To keep traffic moving safely and efficiently, please keep the following tips in mind:

  • Stagger pick-up times: Consider arriving slightly later to avoid peak line delays.
  • Keep drop-offs swift: Have your student ready to exit the vehicle promptly and safely.
  • Drive cautiously: Watch for crosswalks and merging cars.
  • Reduce speed: Drive slowly at all times throughout the campus for student safety.
  • Know your lane heading to campus:  Remember that the lanes closest to the building are intended for pick-up and drop off (pass when appropriate).

Parking Permits

All students must have a CVCA-issued parking permit for the 2026-2027 school year. If you have already purchased a permit, don’t forget to pick it up in the Main Office.

If you have not yet purchased a permit, you may do so HERE. As outlined in the Student/Parent Handbook, parking is limited and by permit only. Please note that parking will be monitored. Students who do not follow school policies and procedures related to parking are subject to fees assessed through FACTS. Please review the Student/Parent Handbook p.48 for more details.
