Parking and Transportation
Student Parking
All student drivers must be registered and have a parking tag visible prior to the first day of school. Students parking on campus without a tag will be subject to disciplinary action and/or fine. To register, submit the following items using the button below. Payment will be charged to the student’s FACTS account.
- The completed registration form
- A copy of your driver’s license
- A copy of your insurance card
Parking Violations
Students who do not follow school parking policies and procedures are subject to fees, detentions, and the loss of privileges. See below for violation explanations. Further details are available on page 48 of the Student/Parent Handbook in ParentSquare.
Parking Violation Consequences:
- 1st Parking Violation:
- Students are given two warnings before any consequences.
- Beginning with the 3rd violation, your student will be assigned an extended detention and will begin accruing a parking fee, billed directly to your family’s FACTS account.
- 2nd Parking Violation:
- Students are given two warnings before any consequences.
- Beginning with the 3rd violation, your student will be assigned an extended detention and start to accrue a parking fee, billed directly to your family’s FACTS account.
- 3rd Parking Violation:
- This results in 1 Extended Detention and a $15 fee.
- The student will receive a reminder slip for their scheduled Detention. Please report immediately to the assigned Detention area at the designated time. Arriving late or missing any portion of your Detention without excuse will result in additional consequences.
- 4th Parking Violation:
- This results in a $30 fee billed to Facts.
- The next parking violation your student will receive a $50 fee and will be referred to the Administration for continuous non-compliance. Additional violations may result in the loss of driving privileges on the CVCA campus.
- 5th Parking Violation:
- This results in a $50 Fee billed to Facts.
- The next parking violation, your student will receive a $75 fee and will be referred to the Administration for continuous non-compliance. Any additional violations will result in the loss of driving privileges on the CVCA campus.
- 6th Parking Violation:
- This results in a $75 Fee billed to Facts and the loss of on-campus driving privileges.
- Your student has been referred to Administration for continuous non-compliance. You will be receiving communication from Matt Comrie with further instructions.
Bus Transportation
The following information is subject to change. All bus information will be posted as soon as it becomes available. We encourage you to contact your local bus garage for details on busing in your district.
CVCA AND WALSH BUS: This year we are partnering with Walsh Jesuit to provide busing for CVCA students. The bus will start on Monday, August 11 for those who have already registered. The deadline to register has been extended for CVCA families. All of the details are available DETAILS AND REGISTATION AVAILABLE HERE.
PUBLIC SCHOOL BUS: If your student is planning to use your local school district’s busing, please contact their Transportation Department to make arrangements.

If you live in a school district other than those listed above please call your district as they may offer cash to your family “in-lieu” of transportation. This is determined by your district and may/may not be available.

To find potential carpool families in your zip code, log into Family Portal and click “Directory.” (You can sort by city or zip code.)
