October Giving Supports The Annual Fund
CVCA generates revenue from three primary sources: The Annual Fund, tuition, and capital campaigns. October Giving donations directly benefit Tthe Annual Fund.
What is the ANNUAL FUND? We are committed to maintaining CVCA’s accessibility to families while upholding the highest standards of excellence. To achieve affordable tuition, a gap exists between tuition fees and annual expenses. The Annual Fund bridges this gap, covering additional Financial Assistance and Key Programs. Gifts to the Annual Fund also help us maintain our library services and labs, enable us to stay current with the latest technology, and allow us to introduce innovative academic programs, such as our Schools of Distinction, School of Classics, and Jterm.
What does TUITION cover? The highest percentage of tuition funds is allocated to salaries and benefits for our dedicated faculty and staff. The remainder supports the daily operations of the school.
Why do we have CAMPAIGNS? As CVCA continues to grow and the need for larger and/or enhanced building space arise, the school initiates a Capital Campaign. The funds for these projects do not come from tuition or the Annual Fund; rather, they are provided by generous supporters who wish to help the school meet specific needs.
