Applying for Admission

Thank you for your interest in an education at CVCA. We love what we do and who we represent, and are excited to share that experience with you. Below you will find the information needed for the application process.

After your application has been reviewed, we may ask for more information before a family interview is scheduled. Application decisions are sent in writing within two weeks of the interview.

Entrance Exams

Entrance exams are administered at CVCA one Tuesday per month at 3:30 p.m., during Student Shadow Days, and at many local Christian schools. Upcoming exams: March 12 and April 16. Register >>

Tuition Assistance

Applications for Tuition Assistance (Financial Aid) are embedded in the Application for Admission and in the Online Enrollment Packet. You must apply for admission first. More Information >>

 

Forms

Complete the Administrator’s, Academic, and Spiritual Leader’s Recommendations, and Transcript Request Forms. Electronic copies of these forms are automatically emailed to the recipients indicated in your online application.


Entrance Exams

Entrance exams for the 2019-2020 school year will be administered at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 12. Students may also take the entrance exam while at CVCA for a Student Shadow Day. CVCA entrance exams are given at many local Christian schools to students in their top grade.

Entrance Exam FAQs

When are entrance exams given?

Entrance exams for the 2019-2020 school year will be administered at 3:30 p.m. on the following Tuesdays in 2019: January 15 and February 12. Students may also take the entrance exam while at CVCA for a Shadowing Day. Students must pre-register for the test.

Tests will also be given at these Christian schools to students in their top grade: Chapel Hill Christian School (North and Green campuses), Cornerstone Community School, Parma Heights Christian Academy, Valley Christian Academy, and at the Urban Vision Ministry building. Please check with your school administrator for the test date for your school.

Is my student exempt from taking the entrance exam?

All students must take the entrance exam for admission to CVCA.
