Welcome to a new school year at CVCA! As a grandparent, you are automatically enrolled in our Grandparents Club, and seasonal newsletters like this are one of the key ways we stay connected with you throughout the year.
My name is Jennifer Meybaum, and I am the Grandparents Club Coordinator at CVCA. Over the past 10 years, it has been a joy welcoming grandparents to our community because I know firsthand the vital role you play in your grandchild’s life. I look forward to connecting with you at one of our upcoming campus events!

CVCA Grandparents Days
NEW DATE: Wednesday, April 7 and Thursday, April 8, 2027
Please join us for Grandparents Days on April 7–8, 2027! To accommodate on-campus construction of our new two-story Middle School classroom wing and ongoing work along Wyoga Lake Road, we have moved our traditional November event to the spring. Look for more information and invitation details in your mailbox soon.

Royal Theatre Fall Play Reception

Are you planning to see The Royal Theatre’s Fall Play, The Best Laid Plans? Grandparents who purchase opening night tickets are invited to join us before the show for coffee and dessert in the Rasnick Center! You’ll find our reception area marked with balloons near the glass windows.
Tickets will be for sale at itickets.com during the month of October.
