Congratulations, Class of 2026
This past Sunday, May 24, we gathered for Commencement to celebrate our graduates and praise God for His incredible faithfulness to CVCA. It was a beautiful send-off as these students prepare for the next chapters of their lives. Please join us in praying for them as they step into all that God has planned for them.
Summer Construction on Campus
We have several construction and improvement projects underway across campus this summer. If you plan to visit or are attending a summer camp, please allow for a little extra time, and thank you in advance for your patience as we make room for the mission!
Host Family Needed for International Student
Each year, we are incredibly blessed by the international students who leave their homes to join the mission here at CVCA. God is so good! A critical part of making this experience possible is finding welcoming families who feel called to share their hearts and homes for the school year.
We are currently seeking a host family for a wonderful female student from Norway. If you feel led to open your home to this student, or would like more information, please reach out to Brenda Worth at bworth@cvcaroyals.org.
Uniform Consignment Sale – June 18
The school will hold a Uniform Consignment Sale on Thursday, June 18. Families may drop off items to consign/sell on Wednesday, June 17, between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. at the Rasnick Center. Please enter the school through the Welcome Center doors.
- Accepted Items: polo shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts
- Non-Accepted Items: pants, T-shirts
The sale will take place on Thursday, June 18, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. We accept cash or checks only; no credit or debit cards will be accepted. If you would like to volunteer on either day, please contact MaryAnn McMullen at mmcmullen@cvcaroyals.org.
Summer Reading
To keep your minds sharp, all English classes and several other high school courses have summer reading or homework assignments. You can find everything you need HERE. We hope you have a wonderful break and enjoy a great book this summer!
Looking Ahead to Jterm 2027
Even with summer just beginning, our faculty are already looking ahead to Jterm 2027 (January 4–8). Please note these key registration timelines:
- Jterm Trips: Registration opens on July 8, 2026.
- Local Offerings: Registration will open this coming fall.

Cuyahoga Falls Bus transportation for 2026-2027

CVCA SUMMER CAMPS
CVCA offers summer camps for children ages 7-16. Led by CVCA coaches and athletes, teachers, and Royal Theatre directors and student-actors. Campers enjoy learning new skills and making new friends in a Christ-centered environment. Space is limited, and camps fill up quickly. Register HERE.

The 2026 Middle school retreats registration is now open. Links for each grade are available HERE. Emails were recently sent to middle school parents with further details.
HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS
ASL in Texas for Jterm 2027
Check out this new Jterm trip! ASL students will travel to San Antonio, Texas, to volunteer at a deaf church and school. They will also enjoy hot springs swimming, crepes, line dancing, Texas BBQ, beautiful hikes, a sunset cruise, and more. The January 2-6, 2027 trip costs $1,600. Questions? A.C.E. Academy Camp – June 8-12
Students who will be in grades 9-12 in the 2026-2027 school year are invited to an Aeronautics Exploration camp June 8-12 at Kent State Airport. The deadline to apply for the A.C.E. Camp is May 8. Learn more and apply HERE.

Rooted Royals – Moms in Prayer
Did you know Moms in Prayer prays for CVCA? Did you know each student, by name, is prayed over and for? Join us next Monday from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. as we begin prayer for each 11th grade student and the needs of this community. Can’t join in person? That’s OK. Summer Middle School Football
- Youth Camp: June 1 to 4 – 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Football Equipment Hand-Out: June 4 – 2:30 p.m.
- Summer Practices: Every Monday and Wednesday beginning June 8 – 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Rest/Vacation Weeks: June 29 to July 3 and July 27 to July 31
- In-Season Practices: Begin August 3

Girls Soccer team fundraiser: 5k Run or Walk – August 1
Join us in supporting our high school girls’ soccer team by participating in our Walk/Run Fundraiser! This fun and family-friendly event is a great way to stay active while helping us raise funds to grow and strengthen our program. Whether you walk, jog, or run, every step you take will directly support equipment, uniforms, travel expenses, and other team needs. Let’s come together as a community to encourage these young ladies both on and off the field. Thank you for helping us make a difference – one step at a time!

- Where: Starting line is in front of the Learning Commons with a Stadium finish
- Participation: Each team member is encouraged to bring four runners who will donate a $35 entry fee.
