A Culture of Generosity

When we hear the word “generosity,” we often might think about finances. But a culture of generosity isn’t just about dollars and cents. A Culture of Generosity is about helping others pursue a God-centered mindset around how we use our time, space, energy, talents, compassion, and, yes, money. We are a biblical community, and we want our students to understand what it means to see a need and see how the Lord uses us to respond to that need.

A Culture of Generosity is beneficial for everyone, not just the recipient.

As we navigate our daily tasks and rightly aligned affections, a Culture of Generosity at CVCA helps all of us, adults and students, learn to overcome our natural self-focus and encourages us to lift our eyes to see those around us with love and kindness. As we lock arms together, school and parents, let us continue to intentionally build a Culture of Generosity within our lives, not just within the walls of CVCA.

How to Get Involved

Volunteers are a vital part of the CVCA community. There are some great ways you can get involved while getting to know faculty, staff, and other parents. We have opportunities for both men and women in many different areas and varying time commitments. To be added to our volunteer list, simply complete this Volunteer Form today, then watch this section of the Royal Weekly for exciting volunteer opportunities!
