Professional Development Benefits
- All teachers receive a 55% discount on graduate school studies at Malone University. Continuing Education funds from CVCA allow teachers to take two graduate courses per year with no out-of-pocket expenses.

- Messiah University provides a 55% tuition discount to CVCA employees who are accepted into one of the following Messiah online programs: master’s degree or graduate-level certificate program in Business and Leadership, Education, Higher Education, and Music. The discount will be applied each term until the student graduates/completes the degree/certificate and for as long as the student remains in good academic standing. (Note: the 55% tuition discount is not “stackable” with other Messiah tuition discount programs.)
- Messiah University provides a 10% tuition discount to CVCA employee dependents and to the parents of current CVCA students who are accepted into one of the following online programs: master’s degree or graduate-level certificate program in Business and Leadership, Nursing, Higher Education, Education, and Music. The discount will be applied each term until the student graduates/completes the certificate and for as long as the CVCA student remains enrolled at CVCA.
