It’s your senior year!

It may be hard to believe that graduation is not that far away! Because this year goes by quickly and so much needs to be done, we have created a senior checklist so you do not miss any important deadlines. Please read the checklist carefully, as it lists your responsibilities regarding this important milestone in your student’s life. We do not want you to be disappointed at graduation because your student missed out on something.

If you have any questions about senior deadlines or graduation, please email Jeanie Micale, or call 330-929-0575, ext. 234.

All seniors should schedule a College Advising Meeting with Mrs. Sara Fridline in the Guidance Office. No appointment is necessary. Just stop in during PRT, study hall, or lunch. If you have college advising questions, please email Sara Fridline or call 330-929-0575, ext. 308.

College Applications

Seniors will apply to colleges using Common App or the application on the college’s website. It is expected that each senior will complete one college application by Thanksgiving.

Test Scores

Test scores must be sent to colleges through ACT and SAT. If you did not list your colleges when registering for the test, then you need to request your scores be sent by logging into ACT or SAT.

Transcripts and Recommendation Letters

Seniors will request transcripts and teacher recommendation letters through Naviance. Please make requests at least two weeks in advance of the deadline, and provide the requested teacher with a copy of your resume.
