Health Clinic Records and Medications

The Health Clinic team is collecting all immunization records for new students, rising 7th graders, and rising 12th graders. 7th-grade and 12th-grade families should have received a letter in the mail regarding which immunizations are needed before returning next year. Please ensure immunization records are turned in as soon as possible! They can be emailed to the health clinic, mailed to the school ATTN: Health Clinic, or turned in to the Main Office by hand. If you need an exemption form for your student (a new one is required each year), please email healthclinic@cvcaroyals.org to request one. On another note, if the Health Clinic has stored medications for your student this school year, please stop in to collect them during the week of May 22. Many will expire over the summer, and we would ask that all are taken home for the summer, even if they will be used and stored with us again next year. We appreciate your help with this!

Show Choir Band Musicians Needed

Before the pandemic, CVCA’s Royal Vision Show Choir consisted of singers, dancers, and a live band. However, quarantine shut down the band part of Show Choir. We are excited to announce we are now bringing back the band! We need: two guitar players (acoustic and electric), a bass player, and a drummer. If you are interested, we would love to have you! Contact Owen Ferdig at ofer25@cvcaroyals.org.
