Join us at Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy for the 2027 Pathways Educational Conference on February 11–12, 2027! Focused on the theme “As You Go,” the conference aims to equip teachers with a fresh vision for turning routine classroom, hallway, and extracurricular moments into powerful, grace-filled discipleship.
Built on the vision of Education by Teachers for Teachers, Pathways evolved from an internal program into a regional gathering that welcomed over 400 educators in 2026. This year, we are thrilled to expand nationally, bringing together CESA and ACSI schools alongside Christian college partners for a dynamic gathering of educators and leaders.
We are excited to launch this year’s conference with a special Opening Night concert at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 11. On Friday, February 12, enjoy a full day of inspirational keynote speakers, expert panels, and hands-on breakout sessions structured around three primary tracks: Career, Classroom, and Content. Whether you are seeking practical tools for your classroom or a fresh vision for your calling, Pathways offers a space to refresh, connect, and grow alongside fellow Christian educators.

2027 Conference Details
Focusing on Career, Classroom, and Content, the 2027 Pathways Conference at Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy will begin with an opening night concert, followed by a full day of keynote speakers, expert panels, and collaborative sessions.
Keynote Speaker: Jonathan Holmes is the Executive Director of CCEF and Founder Emeritus of Fieldstone Counseling, with extensive pastoral and counseling experience. The author of several books, including Counsel for Couples and Grounded in Grace, Jonathan brings deep wisdom to equipping believers, educators, and leaders to care well for others in Christ.
Keynote Speaker: Dr. Kelly M. Kapic, Professor at Covenant College and author of You’re Only Human (Christianity Today Book of the Year) explores how embracing human limits brings freedom, joy, and restorative truths for educators in life and ministry.
Kickoff Concert Artist: John Guerra, singer-songwriter and composer, is known for his critically acclaimed, soul-nourishing album JESUS. Guerra delivers profound musical meditations on the life and teachings of Christ.
