New Meal Service Program

CVCA and AVI Food Systems have established a new procedure for offering a boxed lunch service to students. Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth transition into the new meal service format. We understand that an occasional oversite may occur and will work with you to the best of our ability.

  • All students who wish to participate in the meal program must set up a Payschool account; a cashless system will take place to help ensure good health and safety practices.
  • A Google order form will be provided at the beginning of each week with menu selections available.
  • Menus will be posted online and can be viewed on CVCA’s lunch page.
  • Please submit selections weekly by Friday at noon for the following week.
  • All information on the document must be filled in to ensure the lunches make it to their proper destination.
  • All transactions will be deducted from your account(s) at the end of each day.

Meal Accounts

CVCA uses a secure, web-based payment program to provide a more convenient way for parents and students to participate in the lunch program. Parents can add money to their student’s food service account by creating an account at www.payschoolscentral.com or with a check made payable to AVI Foodsystems. If the account has insufficient funds, meals cannot be purchased. Account balances at the end of the school year will be carried over to the following school year.

How a STUDENT finds a student ID number in ParentsWeb (Family Portal)

  1. Login to ParentsWeb (Family Portal)
  2. Under “School Information,” select “Web Forms”
  3. Select “CVCA Students Demographics” Form
  4. Student ID (pin number for lunch program) appears at top as “student UDID”

  4. Select “CVCA Students Demographics Form with UDID”

Cafeteria Meal Account Management Process

It is recommended that an account start with a $30.00 balance. An email will be sent to you at a $5.00 or $10.00 balance as a reminder to auto load or add funds. This allows your student(s) to enjoy meals without interruptions. Menus are posted on CVCA’s website.

Current Families:
• Load funds to account(s) at the beginning of August, using the methods listed below.
• Set up a low balance reminder email.
• Check auto-refill information.
• Check credit card information (current card, expiration date, start and end dates to auto fill)

New Families:
• Create an account using your student’s ID at payschoolscentral.com.

• Set up or manage your account online at payschoolscentral.com.
• Add funds to your account via cash or check (payable to AVI Food Systems).
