Jterm Change for 2019-2020 School Year

For the 2019-2020 school year, our traditional January Jterm offerings will shift to March for a five-day Mterm. The exploratory and experiential learning opportunity will take place immediately prior to Spring Break. As we implement this change next year, we are considering the possibility of alternating Mterm and Jterm every other year, allowing more students to fully participate in the experiences offered. Historically, some students have been prevented from participating fully in Jterm options due to winter athletic commitments. We also believe that the March timing will open new learning opportunities that are not feasible in January due to weather and other factors.
