Last week’s Advent Chapel was a beautiful representation of raw and unselfish love for Christ. By incorporating so many students into the chapel, we saw many perspectives on Christ’s life from people our age, and were inspired by these people who love Christ unconditionally. The speakers connected to the audience on a personal level, and every single word that came from the worship team had so much meaning, striking a chord in many hearts and tying the whole chapel together. One word that would summarize chapel is “motivating.” Chapel motivated us to strive after Christ both in this season of Advent and as we wait for His second coming.
Ski Club Starts January 7
Ski Club starts Monday, January 7 at Brandywine Ski Resort. Don’t forget your Club Pass! If you are riding the CVCA bus to Brandywine, it will leave from the CVCA Chapel entrance at 3:00 p.m. (A bus permission slip needed.)

Living Out Our Mission
We take our mission seriously of Educating and Cultivating Servants for Christ. And we have taken that mission into our communities and beyond! Our students served more than 20,500 hours this semester for their service expectation. We pray they are catching the vision of Jesus who came not to be served, but to serve others.
