CVCA is Moving to Continuous Enrollment!
Tomorrow you will receive a very important email introducing Continuous Enrollment, a new enrollment policy impacting ALL of our current families. Please know that re-enrollment will be very different (and simpler) this year than what you have known in the past, so we urge you to pay special attention to the communication around Continuous Enrollment.
Fall Semester Exam Schedule
The fall semester exam week will be Monday through Thursday, December 17-20. Each middle school grade and high school will have specific schedules. Detailed exam information and schedules can be found HERE.
Parents, by now you should have received an email regarding the Parent Survey. We value your time and your feedback. The survey will be available until Friday, December 14. (Please note: This survey is for parents as students will be surveyed during the second semester.)
A Season of Giving!
The #GivingTuesday campaign this year has proven that joyful giving by the CVCA community is not just one day a year. Generous giving has overflowed into the days following #GivingTuesday! Join us in praising the Lord and celebrating the new grand total given of $232,000! We cannot thank you enough for giving the CVCA experience to more than 70 students who need financial assistance to attend here. THANK YOU so very much to those who have graciously given.
“Give, and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full – pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over, and poured into your lap…” Luke 6:38

Celebrating Christmas with CVCA’s Music Groups
Each year, the CVCA music department celebrates Christmas with numerous concerts and events. On Saturday, the Chamber Singers, Concert Choir, and Women’s Chorale were joined by members of the CVCA Orchestra, Stow Orchestra, Akron Pops, and Kent State Graduate Strings to perform Handel’s The Messiah. Then on Sunday, our Chamber Singers performed in Cleveland with the award-winning “Point of Grace” music group.
You have one more chance to attend one of our concerts! Celebrate our Lord’s birth and the holiday season at this year’s Choir Christmas Concert on Thursday, December 13, 7:00 p.m.
