Did you know that each year there is a gap between tuition and what it costs to fully educate CVCA students? That gap to the true cost of a CVCA education exists to make the CVCA experience accessible to everyone. Each year we need to bridge this gap – with gifts. Your gifts support faculty, administration, coaches, and staff in their endeavor to train and nurture the hearts and minds of students. Gifts also assist clubs, sports teams, unique learning opportunities, and up-to-date technology – everything it takes to fully prepare CVCA students in every way to be the light of Christ in their present and future communities. Your gifts also provide scholarships and financial aid to provide a CVCA education to as many students as possible
Royal Legacy Society
You can make a lasting impact by including CVCA in your estate or financial plans. As a member of the Royal Legacy Society, your gift(s) make capital projects possible and increase the amount of financial aid available for students. “CVCA has been an integral part of the Moncrief family starting with my parents’ involvement in the early stages of the school, to their three children (including myself) as alumni, and now our two daughters who are also alumni. Michele and I love the work God is doing at CVCA and are committed to supporting the school’s mission into the future. That is why CVCA is a part of our estate plan.” – Paul ’80 and Michele Moncrief
Otto Bosshard Memorial Scholarship
Jonathan Sommer, first recipient of the Otto Bosshard Memorial Scholarship, shares: “When I got the scholarship I was shocked, and at the same time I was honored. Being recognized with a scholarship under his name is humbling. Knowing who he was, his servant heart, his generosity, diligence, graciousness, and how he was able to take risks and honor God, I feel honored. It is such a blessing to our family because we have other kids in college and some coming to CVCA. It’s important and beneficial to our family.”
A Summer of Campus Projects
Thanks to the generosity of local foundations and friends of CVCA, we were able to hit the ground running on several capital projects around the school. The track was resurfaced, science labs were updated, and the Learning Commons continues to be transformed for collaborative learning. The specific reasoning behind each of these projects is varied, but the overall goal is to continue to enhance our mission of Educating and Cultivating Servants for Christ. It is important to be able to fully equip students in every area of their life. We look forward to seeing how God works in students’ lives in the future.
