There is excitement in the air as the CVCA faculty and staff are busily preparing for the addition of our new sixth-grade students and their two-day adventure at Camp Carl – IGNITION.

• On Monday, August 15, at 7:15 a.m., please accompany your student through CVCA‘s Field House Entrance (beside the Middle School Entrance). Your child is to bring packed items with them. Students will return to CVCA on Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. 
• There is a need for parents to serve as cabin chaperones. If you are interested in participating, please complete the Chaperone Application and submit the Pastor Referral Form, and return them to Brianna Jones by June 30. Parent chaperones need to be available for an early evening meeting on Monday, August 8.
• Please register and pay the $70 registration fee by July 8.
