WHAT IS THE JOSHUA CAMPAIGN?
- A campaign to raise 5 million dollars for a separate, restricted fund to help support student financial aid
- The most important initiative in the history of CVCA (a campaign about people, not “bricks and mortar”)
- A campaign with immediate impact and one which will have lasting impact for generations to come
- The most effective way to provide for accessibility to middle income families wanting the CVCA experience
WHEN DID THIS CAMPAIGN START?
- A feasibility study was completed in the spring of 2003 confirming the viability of the campaign
- The “silent phase” began in the spring of 2004 with 5-year commitments by CVCA’s faculty/staff and Board of Trustees
- In 2005, long-time donors and local family foundations were challenged to financially embrace the campaign
WHERE ARE WE NOW?
- Currently commitments to The Joshua Campaign - Keeping the Walls Down total $4,700,000.
- So far, God has blessed CVCA with over 94% of the $5,000,000 goal!
