02.21.09 - CVCA Chess Dominates
CVCA competed in the Canton Chess League Championships Saturday, February 21 and dominated the field. Individually, Adam Huber won the championship with four wins and a draw, while Jimmy Cooper finished third at 4-1. Anthony Constanzo finished sixth and Kyle Gerycz seventh in the 26 player field.
In the middle division, Devon Bills won the tournament with a perfect 5-0 as the team finished second to North Canton. Teammates Allison Berry, Josh Chung, Linda Li, and Eric Huber all recorded a winning record. CVCA won its second Canton Championship!
